Overview
EMO Foundry is a governed operating layer and agent factory. It is where specialized AI workers are created — each with defined permissions, memory, tools, verification and an evidence trail.
A worker produced by the Foundry is not a free-form chat endpoint. It is a bounded system: it can only call the tools it was granted, it must operate within the permissions it was assigned, and it records what it observed, decided and changed.
Foundry is in development. The aim is to make agent creation repeatable and governable — so that deploying a specialized worker looks more like provisioning a service than prompting a model.
